Mark has been a registered migration agent since 1996. In that time, Mark has gained expertise in many facets of Australia’s migration program including skilled and employer sponsored migration, labour agreements, family migration, business skills migration, the global talent scheme, appeals and reviews in the various tribunal and corporate migration.
Mark has worked for small and large firms including being an in-house migration agent for one of Australia’s largest construction firms and working as a consultant with one the Australia’s ‘big four’ consulting firms.
Mark's vast knowledge of migration law and visas in general as well as his ability to think outside the box has led to a fantastic success rate with even the most difficult and challenging visa applications. Mark heads up Phillip Silver and Associates’ Sydney team of migration agents.
Hafizah Syed Ismail is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Hafizah was admitted into the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia in 2015. She completed her Juris Doctor qualification at the University of Sydney, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Hafizah specialises in Australian Immigration Law and has assisted many clients to migrate to Australia by successfully applying for skilled visas, employer sponsored visas, parent and partner visas, resident return visas and by winning cases in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Solicitor
Cherie Zhou is a highly experienced and registered Migration Agent with a strong background in migration consultancy. She has worked in the migration industry since 2016 and is currently serving as a Senior Migration Consultant at Phillip Silver and Associates. Cherie excels in understanding client situations, providing professional consultation, and assisting clients with various visa applications, including Skill Assessments, Expressions of Interest (EOI), State Nomination applications, and employer-sponsored visas. Her responsibilities also involve managing client information and documents using the LEAP Migration Manager system, and liaising with the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) on behalf of clients.
Cherie obtained a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practice from the University of Technology, Sydney. She also holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney. Her multilingual abilities in Mandarin and English further enhance her effectiveness in her professional roles.

I have been with the firm for five years, serving as the Admin Officer. As the first point of contact, I ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and directed to the appropriate team members. I handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage consultation bookings, and coordinate our team's diaries for smooth operations. Additionally, I assist my team wherever needed to maintain efficiency. A key part of my role involves recruitment, where I collaborate closely with our network and external recruiters to promote our clients, connecting them with potential sponsors and opportunities to help make their Australian dreams a reality.

Moving to Australia is a dream for many, and this was especially true for me.
In 2009 l graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Milano Bicocca in Italy.

Despite her initially demure appearance, Hanna is a resilient fighter, surprising everyone with her robust attitude and steadfast dedication to accounting excellence.

Annette (DeVilliers) Green is the face behind the FB page, Boere Maak ‘n Plan in Oz. After a meeting with Phillip Silver in Double Bay, Sydney, in 2017, the idea of establishing a Page, and later, a group, to assist South Africans, primarily Farmers, (in the wake of numerous Farm Attacks,) was sparked… And it has been a great success, growing to almost 9000 followers!!
We help people successfully navigate the pitfalls of obtaining those precious Australian documents, ie Visas, PR’s and Citizenship. We have also managed to obtain numerous sponsorships for our clients.
Annette has also played a pivotal role in introducing Phillip Silver to renowned Australian Agricultural Recruiters who have found sponsored positions for a number of our clients.
Annette studied Journalism in Durban at the Durban University of Technology. She also qualified in Public Relations and Marketing at Damelin College.
Annette loves to help people fulfil their dream of starting a new life for their families and themselves in Australia.
